The Southwestern Ontario Black Entrepreneurship Network offers a managed mentorship program to connect aspiring and emerging entrepreneurs with experienced mentors to offer guidance and support.
Mentors
Mentors are experienced business / entrepreneurial leaders who help Network members stay focused on their milestones, and bring hands-on experience to building and growing businesses. They offer solutions and guidance to unlock strategic questions along their Mentee’s journey.
Mentees
Mentees are Network members who express interest in being matched with an experienced leader to support them along their journey. Mentees may be from any sector and are all aspiring to be successful in business while receiving support from the community along the way.
