Finding one’s peace is often a daily struggle. In our lives, we are encouraged to and sometimes forced to continue as if nothing is wrong. At Aivy Consult and Therapy, we provide space for open dialogue. I am glad to be part of the SWOBEN community as it shares the same values of dialogue, connection, support, and a focus on mental health.
